I’ll be giving updates for the new studio construction and completion.
The two car garage has had the inside gutted and cleaned out! The concrete floors (base foundation slab) was re-poured to correct standards so that it is level and also has enough of a slope to not have water sitting on it.
Next up is the roof removal and replacement – it had a hole put in it from a tree limb before we bought it. They didn’t fix it, so we are. After that, the inside will be drywalled and electric done. The door and windows will be purchased next too. Then we will have a nice entranceway and walkway to main house/office – so that it is easy to walk from one door to another.
