Doran received her first Holy Yoga certification in May 2015. She also has certifications in C-HYI 200 (formerly 225), C-HYI 500, C-HYI Pre/Postnatal, C-HYI Trauma-Sensitive, C-HYI Leadership, C-HYI Touch, C-Yin 1, C-Yin 2. She has been a Certified Professional Midwife, licensed under the Board of Medicine, serving women and families in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia since 2011 and as a birth worker since 2000.
She is the founder and owner of Blessing God’s Way, LLC., which is a ministry for women of all ages. Her passion and calling is to minister to women, build community, and spread the gospel through resources that educate, inspire and celebrate God’s design.
Chelsea
An Alaska family at heart my husband Isaac and I homeschool our two kids ages six and eight. We moved to Virginia in the fall of 2018 and it has embraced us with a beautiful community that at its center loves Jesus and cares deeply for one another. I am a homesteader in the making with two of my passions being gardening and baking all things sourdough.
Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 16. Seasons have come and gone but no matter what style of fitness I would try I would always find myself back on the mat. Holy Yoga is a unique experience that takes the physical practice of yoga and immerses it in the truth of God’s word . In my classes it is of utmost importance to create a space where you can come, still your mind of all the noise and meet God in your mat.

Denyse
Denyse grew up in Winchester, Virginia and married her high school sweetheart. They have a beautiful daughter and son along with three awesome grandsons. They have made their home on her husband’s family farm which has been a wonderful experience. Denyse and her husband are empty nesters and have extended their learning experiences and are finding joy in the small things.
Denyse is a student midwife and childbirth educator and loves anything focused around birth. She is a HypnoBirthing instructor and loves to incorporate Holy Yoga into the practice for moms. Denyse received her HYI 200 hours in 2023. She uses Holy Yoga for her own mental breaks, health, worship & prayer. Other hobbies include short travel excursions, fishing, writing, reading, enjoying coffee, admiring sunrises, and gardening.

Kate
Kate is New England born and has lived in VA for 22 years. Married for 13 years, though her husband stole her heart 25 years ago. She has a passion for the outdoors, all things holistic health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and JESUS! Kate chose to become a Holy Yoga Instructor so that she could teach others to feel the love, peace, hope and restoration you feel on your mat when you meet Jesus there. She received her C- HYl 200 hours in 2024. Kate is also a nurse for 18 years and currently in business school for an MBA with a Health Administration focus.

Meghan
Meghan is a certified HY instructor whose main goal is to teach people about yoga while incorporating the word of God into her training to enhance the spirituality of the practice. Sierra received her C-HYI Certificate in 2024 and is excited to share the love of Jesus with you! She lives in the mountains of Shenandoah County with her husband and son. Yoga has been the seed for which her relationship with Jesus has grown from and she is ready to help you along your faith journey through yoga.

Sunita
Sunita is a C-HYI 200 teacher, with a focus on flows that encompass both energy and rest. It is important to her to continuously weave the Word of God into every movement and breath. She is a minister, homeschooler, advocate, mother, and wife, who has been studying Christ centered yoga for 20 years.

Theresa
Theresa became a yoga teacher when she discovered her mat as a sacred place. She has a passion for the fluidity and meditative qualities of Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga. She finds joy in helping others transform their spiritual, physical, emotional and mental well being with a holistic approach. Her classes offer students the opportunity to embrace their strengths while honoring their bodies at all times.
