Doran received her first Holy Yoga certification in May 2015. She also has certifications in C-HYI 200 (formerly 225), C-HYI 500, C-HYI Pre/Postnatal, C-HYI Trauma-Sensitive, C-HYI Leadership, C-HYI Touch, C-Yin 1, C-Yin 2. She has been a Certified Professional Midwife, licensed under the Board of Medicine, serving women and families in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia since 2011 and as a birth worker since 2000.
She is the founder and owner of Blessing God’s Way, LLC., which is a ministry for women of all ages. Her passion and calling is to minister to women, build community, and spread the gospel through resources that educate, inspire and celebrate God’s design.
Amy
Amy Conover is a certified Holy Yoga instructor who is passionate about helping women honor and steward their bodies as temples created in God’s image. She lives in Boyce, Virginia with her husband, where they are embracing the season of being empty nesters and joyful grandparents. Amy loves all things outdoors, finding peace in the beauty of God’s creation, and is passionate about encouraging others to live rooted, healthy, and faith-filled lives.

Denyse
Denyse grew up in Winchester, Virginia and married her high school sweetheart. They have a beautiful daughter and son along with three awesome grandsons. They have made their home on her husband’s family farm which has been a wonderful experience. Denyse and her husband are empty nesters and have extended their learning experiences and are finding joy in the small things.
Denyse is a student midwife and childbirth educator and loves anything focused around birth. She is a HypnoBirthing instructor and loves to incorporate Holy Yoga into the practice for moms. Denyse received her HYI 200 hours in 2023. She uses Holy Yoga for her own mental breaks, health, worship & prayer. Other hobbies include short travel excursions, fishing, writing, reading, enjoying coffee, admiring sunrises, and gardening.

Eve
Eve Mckennah Haines is the founder and president of Eve McKennah Dance Center (EMDC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to dance throughout the Shenandoah Valley for adults of all experience levels. She is also the founder and Artistic Director of Arte in Mmovimento (AIM) Dance Company, EMDC’S professional contemporary dance company, which brings innovative, collaborative performances to the Valley’s cultural landscape.
Eve has been dancing since the age of 3 and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Shenandoah Conservatory/Shenandoah University. She has performed on stages across the country and continues to dance professionally with AIM. Well versed in modern, contemporary, jazz, and ballet, she has spent over four years teaching adults and youth, bringing her training and passion for the art form into every class she leads.

Meghan is a certified HY instructor whose main goal is to teach people about yoga while incorporating the word of God into her training to enhance the spirituality of the practice. She has always had a passion for yoga and the health benefits that come along with it and is excited to share her passion of yoga and love for God with her clients.

Nanci
Nanci is a retired technology executive who recently relocated to the Shenandoah Valley. She is a YTT-200 and YTT-300 certified instructor and is also trained in restorative and spa yoga. She is actively supporting a number of causes including STEM Education, especially for girls and sustainability. She serves on the Board of Directors for Sustainability Matters and the business Women’s Giving Circle. She is an avid golfer, travels extensively and is blessed to have her daughter in the area.

Nicole
Nicole is a newly graduated Holy Yoga Instructor, passionate about blending faith and fitness into her classes. She also works as a physical therapist assistant specializing in orthopedics. She leads mindful, Christ-centered yoga sessions aimed at fostering inner peace and connection with God while improving overall health of the body. Nicole is excited to share her love for yoga and continue to grow in her holy yoga practice.
